    APC index mismatch

    Hi

I was working on my computer when suddenly I got the BSOD with the stop code: apc index mismatch.

After the restart, I saw this in the event viewer:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000001 (0x00007fff25900084, 0x0000000000000000, 0x000000000000fffe, 0xffffd38cbf899b80). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: b3632f22-f7a2-43a2-b18b-0a2a3eff47d7.

    Any other information is needed?
Any idea what can cause such an error?
In the past I had sudden restarts after adding a memory stick but this one happened during me working on the computer (previously it was when I was away), it didn't auto restart and previously I never saw such entry in the event viewer so it might be something else.

    Thanks

Is there a dump in C:\Windows? If there is, upload it to onedrive, google drive or dropbox and post a share link.

I looked for .dmp file but found none.
The message itself is not enough to know what can be the problem?

The bugcheck is rare, a dump is required.

Rare as it is, when it does happen, what are usually the reasons for it to happen?
I will try checking these reasons
    Thanks

I've seen this BSOD less than 10 times, when I did the user often didn't post back to let me know whether the problem was resolved or they continued searching on their own. I am not very familiar with causes since the bug check comes with different reasons that are also infrequent.
