The latest memory dump displays the same misbehaving driver and bugcheck C2.
There was no new misbehaving driver.
The date of the driver igdkmd64.sys displayed on the memory dump is Mon Oct 16 13:17:12 2017 (59E4F7A8).

If there are any new BSOD please post a new zip into the thread:

The memtest86+ version 5.01 results will be useful to rule in /rule out RAM / DIMM /MB problems.
But I uninstalled the driver. Closed the wifi and started the update. How can it he a driver fault when i had it uninstalled?

Uninstalling a driver does not remove the driver software from the PC unless you tick the check box to make sure this happens. However, I am not entirely sure that the graphics driver is responsible for this crash. It looks to me as if there is a problem in migrating data during the update. Can you explain the various partitions you have on your system and what each one does? If it helps you could use screenshots of the disk management view.

Do you have secure boot enabled?

Have you considered temporarily leaving the insider program, reverting to the current 1709 build and ensuring that works satisfactorily then maybe trying again and seeing if you can get straight to insider preview 17046?

If I leave the program I'm downgraded? I don't want to lose all my files.

That is always the risk if you become an insider on your main PC. I think you would have to reinstall the current W10 from media creator tool unless you made a system backup of your PC before you converted it to the insider version.

    1) For disk management please widen the status column and re-post an image into the thread.

    2) Download and install Minitool partition wizard (free edition) and post an image into the thread:

    3) Download and install Macrium (free edition):
Macrium Software | Macrium Reflect Free

    4) Make a backup image and place the image onto another drive or into the cloud.

    5) If you have a drive with sufficient space backup the users folder

Has the computer environment been stable/unstable?
After the Memtest86+ version 5.01 testing for 8 or more passes is completed please post an image into the thread.
Next week plan to upgrade to:
    1) see if there is any new BSOD for debugging
    2) troubleshooting of the Panther logs

    Before the upgrade:
    1) place the computer in clean boot
    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...oot-in-windows
How to perform a Clean Boot in Windows 10 - TechNet Articles - United States (English) - TechNet Wiki

    2) create a bootable windows 10 iso
Download Windows 10 Insider Preview Advanced
    Download Windows 10
    3) plan to upgrade without updates
    4) disconnect internet (mechanically turn off wireless if available, disconnect ethernet)
    5) remove all non-essential hardware (printer, headset, xbox, etc.)
    6) uninstall any AV product (use applicable uninstall tool) and only use Windows defender

    After the upgrade:
    1) post a new zip
BSOD - Posting Instructions - Windows 10 Forums
    2) post a new memory dump
    C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP
Use file explorer > this PC > local C: drive > right upper corner search enter each of the above to find results.
    3) Use everything search to find and post new Panther logs:
    C:\$WINDOWS.~BT\Sources\Panther
    C:\Windows\Panther
    setuperr.log
    setupact.log
    Setupmem.dmp
    setupapi.dev.log
    BlueBox.log
    Event logs (*.evtx)
    C:\$Windows.~BT\Sources\Rollback
    $Windows.~bt\Sources\Rollback\setupmem.dmp
    $Windows.~bt\Sources\Rollback\setupapi\setupapi.dev.log
    $Windows.~bt\Sources\Rollback*.evtx
