    When you viewed the older drivers what were the available drivers?

    This is the driver that just BSOD: 23.20.788.0
    The prior driver that had BSOD was: 22.19.662.4

    Older AMD drivers: Previous
    atikmpag.sys
    atikmdag.sys

    1) Turn off Windows updates of non-Microsoft drivers.


    Enable or Disable Driver Updates in Windows Update in Windows 10 Windows Update Activation Tutorials


    2) Install the older driver again if the driver number was different from 23.20.788.0

    I went back to the following drivers which are older than the ones listed.

    AMD Radeon Software Crimson Edition 16.2.1


    Previously i had tried -

    Crimson ReLive Edition 17.9.1 Optional
    Crimson-Beta-Fall-Update-Oct16
    crimson-relive-17.10.3

    Are you recommending to go through the different drivers individually to see if any make a difference from the following page?

    If you can find a stable driver then you do not need to replace the graphics card.
    So turn off Windows updates of non-Microsoft drivers and use trial and error to find a stable driver.

    Alternatively if you can find a friend, neighbor, relative, or local computer store to swap graphics cards you will then have information about the status of the card.

    The other option is to remove the Nvidia graphics card and just use the Intel graphics.

    Cheers - i will work my way through the various drivers looking for a stable(hopefully) version.

    Additionally when time permits i will remove the AMD gpu and run from the intel to ensure this error doesnt occur with the AMD gpu removed.

    I have some friends that get additional hardware now and again so will keep a look out for a spare card.

    Oh well another 'fix' crossed off the list as a failure.

    Got a GPU firmware upgrade from the manufacturer and the system had been pretty stable for a while albeit with sleep after 10m.

    Left it running spotify for about 1.5hours for it to crash with the same error - back to trying it without the GPU i guess.

    I will happily post the updated zip but unfortunately one of the bugchecks this time is
    1005 - 'Unable to produce a minidump file from the full dump file.'

    AMD have released a new video driver version which i have installed after the running the log collector.

    Edit next crash(assuming the latest driver hasnt fixed it) i will upload a zip.

    Perform the following steps
    1) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    powercfg.exe /hibernate off

    2) Update all of the chip set drivers

    3) Run HDTune:
    http://www.hdtune.com/
    to check the health,
    scan for errors, no quick scan but full scan
    run a benchmark.
    It may take some time, but please take the time you need to perform it properly.
    When above is done please make screenshots of the following
    the health,
    the error scan,
    the benchmark incl. following
    transfer rate,
    access time,
    burst rate,
    cpu usage.

    4) Run memtest86+ version 5.01 for at least 8 passes.
    Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool
    This may take hours so plan to run it overnight.
    Please make sure you use the Memtest86+ version 5.01 with the link below.
    Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool
    The testing is done not by time but by passes.
    The more passes the better.
    There are a significant number of false negatives if fewer than 8 passes are made.
    A false negative is a test pass when there is malfunctioning RAM.
    There is 8 GB of RAM on the computer.
    Memtest86+ version 5.01 testing takes approximately 1 - 2 hours /GB RAM
    Just 1 error is a fail and you can abort testing.
    Then test 1 RAM module at a time in the same DIMM each for 8 or more passes.
    When Memtest86+ has completed 8 or more passes use a camera or smart phone camera to take a picture and post an image into the thread.

    5) Download and install Whocrashed
    http://www.resplendence.com/whocrashed
    6) Above analyze click on tools > crash dump test > type: ACCEPT
    7) click analyze > look for dead or deaddead

    I know you said to run the checks above but i have waited until another bugcheck.

    Please find attached the logs from log collector.

    Please note i have now (after the latest bugcheck) disabled my AMD GPU and am now using the onboard HDMI.

    The latest bugcheck was consistent with the prior bugchecks and displayed the same misbehaving AMD graphics drivers:
    atikmpag.sys
    atikmdag.sys

    When available please post the progress and results with the steps in post #38
