WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR - Random reboots and 0x124 error

The DM log collectors throughout the thread have all of the mini dumps.
It's nice to have them in every dm log collector but they were almost all 0x124.

In addition there was a memory dump to debug.
Unfortunately this could not be fully debugged with the commands not all working.

Of the more than 30 mini dumps there were only 3 that displayed bugchecks other than 0x124.

And the most recent dump.

Bugcheck 139 displayed Focusrite as the misbehaving driver.
The other displayed bugcheck 101.
Philc43 suggested the network driver with bugcheck A.

all backed up Minidumps were added to the Minidump folder ... I can remove these if requested for the future.

Keep in mind, this was caught using Driver Verifier.

Scenario:
I had trouble with my Windows Start Menu again, and found that if I log out and then back in, the Windows Start Menu will work again. After logging back in, I immediately got the BSOD.

For the start menu problem see the prior troubleshooting steps.
Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
sfc /scannow
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
Please report the results into the thread.
Each will check the integrity of the operating system.
Many times with normal sfc and dism there can be problems in the registry.
This may be able to be fixed with an in place upgrade repair.
This allows you to keep files and applications and potentially fix the underlying problem.
For this you create a bootable windows 10 iso.
Then power on the computer and open file explorer.
Attach the windows 10 iso and identify the drive letter within file explorer.
Click on the drive to find setup.exe or setup.
Launch it and then complete the in place upgrade repair following the images and text in this link:

The latest bsod was not able to be completely debugged with the command unable to work during this Windows upgrade period.

I'm using the MediaCreationTool.exe to create an ISO... should I just use the MediaCreationTool to repair this computer, or create the ISO, mount it, then run Setup.exe? I think you would like the second, but wanted to confirm.

I completed the above, keeping all my files, with Driver Verifier off. I still have the yellow exclamation points for the "missing" PS2 mouse and PS2 keyboard.

I did notice this one extra yellow exclamation mark in Device Manager under System Devices:

I've googled to just choose the Intel(R) 200 Series Chipset Family Thermal subsystem - A2B1 driver instead... when this is done, the issue goes away, but I'm not sure that's what I should do in this instance.

No... It seems to work every other time I reboot, or if I log out of my user profile and then log back in.

This all could be due to the latest windows Fall Creators update
