A bunch of new Minidumps attached. I'm unable to run HD Sentinel Surface Scans on my HDDs (worked fine on SSDs) ... it goes to BSOD when I do.

All of the 11 new BSOD were WHEA 0x124.

What's happening with the mouse and keyboard:

    Code:
Standard PS/2 Keyboard ACPI\PNP0303\0 This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed.
    Code:
Microsoft PS/2 Mouse ACPI\PNP0F03\0 This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed.
Open device manager > click view > show hidden dvices > expand all rows > post images into the thread for any device that has a yellow triangle.

    Code:

Not sure which keyboard / mouse it's finding.. I don't have any other installed!

*Edit* - I searched for updates, none were found. I attempted to change the driver using "select the driver you want to use for this hardware" and that didn't work either. I uninstalled both and then scanned for hardware changes. No additional hardware was detected.

I also just did a check on the PSU (I have a tester) and it came out good (sorry the bottom bits didn't come out with my camera; they were compliant)

The PSU voltages are within the proper range.

For the images posted don't click on the details tab. Instead click on the drivers tab then click on details > post image

I was able to figure it out looking up the PNP Device ID: USB\VID_1235&PID_800A\5&13FE7C4D&0&14

It was the Focusrite 2i4 external audio interface.

I installed the latest driver, but something must have made it malfunction (maybe one of the recent BSODs?) Could this be the faulty hardware messing with my system? I can try disconnecting it and then running HDS surface scan again...
