The HD Tune performed SMART tests on the drive.
Sometimes the results differ for the SMART depending on which software was used.
We just had one thread where there were problems seen in one and not another.
The Sea Tools for Windows has 3 tests: SMART, short, and long generic.

If you are using a Gigabyte mother board, you may need change the board to solve this sleep problem.
Gigabyte made mistakes in ACPI design. It causes strange waking up BSODs.
In post # 19 for the HD Tune you posted images of the error scan and the benchmark. Please post an image of the health scan.
