Please upload all chkdsk logs Check Disk (chkdsk) - Read Event Viewer Log - Windows 7 Help Forums

    Answers to your questions:
I don't think the Personalization CSP will help since it is about the restrictions with background images on the lockscreen and the desktop, i.e. the possibility to change them and the restriction for changing them.

Memtest86+ is the name of the test, it does support 64x.

In regards to BSODs, it unfortunately appears that your system had 2 BSODs 5 days ago. Both appeared because something violated an access right on the memory, either on RAM or the pagefile.

There was no Chkdsk listed in the log files, so instead of running Chkdsk/ f, this time ran Chkdsk.

A tip, I always recommend to run chkdsk /r. It includes /f and attempts to recover any data that is in a bad location.

    Please try the following
    • Open powershell
    • Enter the following
      get-winevent -FilterHashTable @{logname="Application"; id="1001"}| ?{$_.providername –match "wininit"} | fl timecreated, message | out-file Desktop\CHKDSKResults.txt
    • Upload CHKDSKResults.txt.

Run the command specified in previous post in powershell for chkdsk and upload the file the command creates.

and InstallAgentUserBroker with a solid 223 failures still maintains its very comfortable lead, surely related to all the failed Windows "NON-CRITICAL" Updates which I don't want anyway!
