Well... I just noticed I have a dump file from today but I don't remember any BSOD, I think my PC just restarted itself when i was away.

It looks like it happened a while after I've done my 1050Ti test.

So... out of curiosity I ran HDTune and started error scan, after 4 "boxes" my PC froze for a few seconds and then resterted itself. No BSOD, no dump files.

    Please run the health scan.
Then attempt the error scan and see what happens.
Please test the drive using Sea Tools for Windows:

Run Sea tools for windows on your drive using SMART, short and long generic tests:

The drive has had no chkdsk, bad block, paging errors noted in the event viewer.
However it has had controller errors on the drive and RAID port:

    Code:
Event[2368]: Log Name: System Source: Disk Date: 2017-10-12T18:35:23.960 Event ID: 11 Task: N/A Level: Error Opcode: N/A Keyword: Classic User: N/A User Name: N/A Computer: DESKTOP-MCR36P6 Description: The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Harddisk1\DR1.

HD Tune has multiple tabs. One of the tabs is the health scan.

If there are problems with the second attempt for the error scan using HD Tune then switch to HD Sentinel free or trial version.
Hard Disk Sentinel - HDD health and temperature monitoring
    And run the Sea Tools.

On the 2nd try HDtune stopped working after few minutes, on the 3rd try BSOD - roughly at the same moment.
