I also updated my gpu driver, as the manufactorer released a new version. Today I got 2 more bsods and maybe there is anything interesting in my event logs. Because of that I let the log collector do its work again and uploaded the results.

I Installed the Samsung Magician Software and it says the ssd firmware is up to date.

Is there anything interesting in my 2 previous and those 2 new dump-logs?

     RAM TEST

Run MemTest86+ to analyse your RAM. MemTest86+ - Test RAM - Windows 10 Forums

    Note   Note

MemTest86+ needs to be run for at least 8 complete passes for conclusive results. Set it running before you go to bed and leave it overnight. We're looking for zero errors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.

Make a photo of the result and post it.

    Addition:
If errors show up you can stop the test, remove all sticks but 1 and test this single stick in each slot for 8 passes or until errors show, switch sticks and repeat.
If errors show up and you see them a lot later, no problem, the errors don't affect the test.

    Hello,

I may have finally figured out the problem:

I didn't put much attention to my RAM settings when I noticed my motherboard didn't recognize my ram as 2400mhz but only as 2133mhz.

But that wasn't the only thing it adjusted wrong. The motherboard also set the 16-16-16-16 timings of my RAM to 15-15-15-15 all while keeping the standard voltage at 1.2 V.

On saturday I set the correct timings manually and since then I haven't gotten any BSOD or CTD. I will continue to test the PC over the course of the week and I will mark this thread solved on the next weekend if no new problems have occured.

Thank you axe0 for your time and that you tried to help me!
