    Random BSODs

    Hi!

    I have some issues with my PC. Its restarts randomly, but is not the usual restart. The screen goes black and if i dont press the reset button it will not boot againit just hangs in there. I looked in event manager and the restart is cataloged as critical.Could you please help me?

    All 3 dumps are the same and point to atikmdag.sys.

    Code:
    BugCheck D1, {ffffac7f0e609010, 6, 0, fffff80378d657df}
    *** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for atikmdag.sys
    *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for atikmdag.sys
    Probably caused by : atikmdag.sys ( atikmdag+357df )
    This belongs to the driver for your AMD Radeon RX 580 Series video card.

    The latest driver is Radeon Software Crimson Edition ReLive Graphics Driver Installer for Windows 10 64-Bit

    Features

    Name File Size Revision Number Release Date Download Link
    Radeon Software 657 MB Crimson ReLive Edition 17.9.3 Optional 10/4/2017

    I suggest completely uninstalling the current display drivers using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) from WagnardMobile (near bottom of page) then get the latest 17.9.3 driver .

    See if that gets rid of the problem.
