It may not be overclocked - it is probably running with Intel's Turbo Boost technology that allows the cores to run at higher clock speeds when the system can tolerate it. This is quite normal.

You can make sure your settings are correct by going into the BIOS and selecting the optimised default settings, usually one Fn key will be assigned to these settings.

The logs are in a foreign language and cannot be scanned or read.
If possible please change the default language to English and re-post the zip logs so that they can be troubleshooted:

Also download and install and post images of the results into the thread:

When we troubleshoot we view all of the logs and are currently unable to scan the logs as they are in a foreign language:

Nast¹pi³ ponowny rozruch komputera po operacji wykrywania b³êdów. Wyniki tej operacji by³y nastêpuj¹ce: 0x00000124 (0x0000000000000000, 0xffff868efdaf0028, 0x00000000b2000000, 0x0000000000010005). Zrzut zapisano w: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Identyfikator raportu: f2f9d3f7-f6b6-4ee5-a089-fd52065aeaba.

If you can change the default language to English we would be able to scan and read the logs to improve the troubleshooting.

The WHEA 0x124 is typically related to problems with hardware.

See post #9 for the needed diagnostic tests to evaluate the hardware.

See if you can start the tests on the hardware per the earlier post.

Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    1) sfc /scannow
    2) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    3) chkdsk /scan
    4) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread
    5) turn off windows fast startup
    6) Turn On or Off Fast Startup in Windows 10 Performance Maintenance Tutorials
The graphics driver stopped responding and recovered.
    7) Uninstall everything Nvidia using Display driver uninstaller and install new drivers from the Dell webisteDisplay Driver Uninstaller Download version 17.0.7.2

    8) The hardware needs to be tested. See the earlier post for the workup for WHEA 0x124 to test CPU, GPU, driver, RAM/MB
