Okay the r actually includes the f.

Open up an administrator PowerShell prompt and paste this into it and press enter.

Get-Disk | Select-Object FriendlyName, Model, Manufacturer, Number, IsBoot, AllocatedSize, HealthStatus, OperationalStatus, BusType, FirmwareVersion, PartitionStyle, Path | Format-List > "$home\Desktop\disk-info.txt"

This will place a disk-info.txt on your desktop, open it up and post the result.

    Update

Hi guys, sorry for the extended delay in my response, a few things popped up that made me extremely busy.

I haven't yet had the opportunity to swap graphics cards with a friend, but I want to flag up an interesting issue I had about 15 minutes ago while playing GTA V. I was playing for almost 2 hours-ish, when the game began to stutter and eventually froze. Discord remained working in the background (my friend could still hear me speaking), then a window appeared to say GTA V had stopped working, closed the game, and a couple of seconds after I got a BSOD, different to any that I've previously had. I think it mentioned something about data read corruption although it wasn't displayed for long and caught me off guard. I'll attach a log file, and maybe that will unveil the cause.

There was no definitive misbehaving driver identified in the debugging.

The event log indicated problems with Bluetooth.

Open device manager > click view > show hidden devices > expand all rows > look for yellow triangles with black exclamation marks > post images into the thread.

Open file explorer > this PC > C: > in the right upper corner search type: C:\windows\memory.dmp

Please zip the file and post into the thread using a one drive or drop box share link.

There are no yellow triangles in device manager, and also there is no dump file?

Maybe I'm cursed when it comes to BSOD diagnostics...

If you use Ccleaner view the windows tab > scroll down to system and advanced > make sure these are unchecked:
    memory dumps
    windows log files
    windows error reporting
    windows event logs

In the left lower corner type clean > open disk cleanup > click ok > look for system error memory dumps and make sure the box is unchecked.
