The DDU software should uninstall AMD and Nvidia video drivers.
It should not uninstall Intel video drivers. If there is something that indicates that it will uninstall the Intel video drivers please post that into the thread.

Here it is every driver including the amd one was derived or updated from the dell website. i will give it a week to see if i get back into problems again.
p.s. i originally used slim driver to update my drivers(before seeking help on these forums) and am wondering if that was probably the culprit in the beginning?
WARNING: I went ahead and used ddu for the intel graphics driver without reading your response; i didnt know we reached page 2 for this thread(which is why i didnt see your response), and then I just installed the updated one from the dell website.

When updating drivers only use drivers from the computer manufacturer.
If they are not available from the computer manufacturer then you can use component manufacturer.
When using drivers from driver update websites you don't know what you are getting
The component manufacturer creates the drivers. The computer manufacturer may modify the drivers for their computers.
So the best drivers are always from the computer manufacturer.

yesterday night my screen had small snips of graphic distortions then 30 sec later the whole screen freezes then flashes off then turns back on. usually when its freezes a blue screen of death ensues i dont understand. for the first time it didnt bsod but still messed up. sometimes i use the program negative screen to make the screen color completely red for my baby to sleep i dont know if this would have any impact and I think the screen freezes regardless of the program being used or not. this has happened many times before followed by bsod. so far 7 days in and no bsod but still that graphical error

Run the following tests:
1) open the dell website > enter serial or product number > run the full dell diagnostics on the computer
2) download and install the Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool
When the test completes please use the Microsoft snipping tool to post an image into the thread.
Download Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool:

3) Run FurMark - GPU Stress Test Windows 10 Performance Maintenance Tutorials
Please make note of the importance of temperature monitoring and aborting the test in the GPU link.

All of these test should be done with the bios reset and no over clocking.
For each of the above tests please record maximum temperatures and test duration.
For the FurMark testing aim for 45 minutes to 1 hour testing and make sure to monitor temperatures, freezing, display artifacts and abort testing as needed.
And please make sure that you use the Microsoft snipping tool to post images of each into the thread.

I I had a hunch and I think it's the program negative contrast that allows me to turn the screen reads that causes the graphical issues. So far for about a week I have not been using this program and everything has been fine. I will let you know if I ever get blue screen. Thank you for all your help and I'm sure the drivers had some part in it too Which I downloaded all of the correct drivers from the dell site with your assistance. i think the drivers plus the program killed the comp.
