Random BSOD usually while the game star colony is open

This bsod of death seems to happen everyday now and usually random while playing online, but the screen is distorted so i cant view the reason why
    I
use a lot of software that i need and dont want to factory reset because itd be almost impossible to tell what is the culprit

I have run memtest86 chkdsk dxdiag sfcscanow(everything passed) updated all my drivers and downloaded every windows update. i have checked for viruses with bit defender and everything is clean. i have done a fresh install of my gpu driver. I have been anal retentive over everything and still cant find the problem.

The windows error reports you have included above are not for the BSOD events. We ask you to provide the logfiles for a reason - they include a lot of information that allows us to investigate the BSOD events.

Attachment 155652 here is the correct bsod zip file.

p.s. i think its when playing the google chrome browser based games(the only games i play) but i am not certain on the bsod trigger. this computer is fairly new and ran into this problem a few weeks in. I did not take meticulous notes of what software i had installed back then.

I think nearly all of these errors are related to the graphics driver:

    Code:
    VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR (119)
The video scheduler has detected that fatal violation has occurred. This resulted
in a condition that video scheduler can no longer progress. Any other values after
parameter 1 must be individually examined according to the subtype.

*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for atikmdag.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for atikmdag.sys

One crash dump picked up the Intel Rapid Storage Technology driver was misbehaving:
    Code:
    ffffa300`54d4ed50 fffff80b`2e372400Unable to load image \SystemRoot\System32\drivers\iaStorA.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for iaStorA.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for iaStorA.sys
     iaStorA+0x82400
Please update the graphics driver. The best way to do this is to uninstall everything of AMD using Display Driver Uninstaller and install the driver for AMD listed on the DELL support page for your system.

The Intel RST driver for your device can also be found on the Dell support page, you should try reverting to the one recommended by DELL.

No, the DDU is only for the display driver.

I try to roll back my Intel HD 630 graphics card but the option isn't available in device manager so there's no way to revert that graphics card through device manager. There was no update for the driver either through dell support. I bought this computer two months ago and it's a relatively new model so that is probably why there were no updates for the driver.

    IRST:

On the Dell website expand the serial ATA to identify the Intel rapid storage technology driver.

Using control panel uninstall Intel fapid storate technology and then reinstall from the Dell website.

    AMD graphics:

    1) Uninstall everything AMD using Display driver uninstaller and install new drivers from the Dell or the AMD website.

    2) The Dell web site is preferred.

    3) Enter the computer's serial or product number and the operating system to view available drivers.

    4) If you use the AMD web site be sure the "clean install" box is checked and only install the graphics driver.

almost done i have done all of the steps listed except for the video section for the dell website hd graphics driver. should i use display driver uninstaller to remove my current graphics driver for intel and then install the one on the website or should i just let the updater update the hd graphics without first uninstalling? I uninstallerd the amd one with the display driver uninstaller before downloading the dell preferred amd driver-i mention this to not raise concerns about the amd driver process i took. this hd graphics driver process for intel is my last obstacle before i can take a screen shot.
