Unexpected Store Exception and Critical Process Died BSODs for 1mth+

    Hi,

BSODs happened sometime in August, beeen getting random crashes since. Sometimes when typing things, sometimes loading thing and other. It's getting really frustrating :/

I did a reset of Windows 10, tried SFC scan, checkdsk scan etc. many times. Deleted third party anti-virus software. Tried updating to the latest drivers using third-party softwares, and nada, nothing works.

All and any help is very welcome!

    Cheers, Vita.

I would be looking carefully at the condition of your hard disk and run some diagnostics.

Basically the system is crashing because data that should be available is not there, perhaps there is a problem with the cables or with the drive or motherboard.

    Code:
ERROR_CODE: (NTSTATUS) 0xc0000006 - The instruction at 0x%p referenced memory at 0x%p. The required data was not placed into memory because of an I/O error status of 0x%x.
IO_ERROR: (NTSTATUS) 0xc000000e - A device which does not exist was specified.

     HDD TEST

    Run HDTune to
    • check the health,
    • scan for errors, no quick scan but full scan
    • run a benchmark.

It may take some time, but please take the time you need to perform it properly.
When above is done please make screenshots of the following
    • the health,
    • the error scan,
    • the benchmark incl. following
      • transfer rate,
      • access time,
      • burst rate,
      • cpu usage.

    Also:
Check DISK controller and storage drivers (AHCI, RAID, NVMe,...)
Check SATA cables (replace or re-seat) and try a different SATA port

Have you updated your storage drivers? Also, if you are still getting crashes, post an updated set of logs.

I just tried to do that right now, I can't update it. I have attached my updated log with this post though.

I've done it twice. Unfortunately, this was before I reset Windows so I lost the event viewer log files
