BSOD problem that just keeps coming back

I been having issues with my AMD radeon HD 6670 drivers, I'm using win 10 pro. The driver isnt up to date since it causes conflict with windows 10.

    Ran memtest86 overnight, no issues.

It has something to do with the version of my driver, this issues has happened multiple times before, I always managed to fix it somehow either uninstalling and installing an older version. I cant remember sadly

I ran the verifier before to checevery singlesingle BSOD I was having at the time and managed fix all of them, exept the display driver. Once that was fixed I had no more BSOD, so this new one is completly random-

Honestly at this point I am not sure what else is causing it.

MemTest in its default configuration does not test all memory range.

Start MemTest and press C -Configuration.
On the new menu select Memory Range and then Test All Memory Range.

Just let it run for 1-2 hours.

For proper Memtest86+ version 5.01 testing we use a minimum of 8 passes.
Fewer than 8 passes has a significant incidence of false negatives.
A false negative is a test result that displays pass when there is malfunctioning RAM.
Sometimes it has taken passes into the 20's to find malfunctioning RAM.
For 8 GB of RAM the estimated testing time is 1 - 2 hours / GB RAM.
Just 1 error is a fail and you can abort testing.
Then test 1 RAM module at a time in the same DIMM for 8 or more passes.

If you can please perform a better test with 8 or more passes to reduce the false negatives.

Please post a memory dump file: %SystemRoot%\MEMORY.DMP or C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP

Use file explorer > this PC > local C: drive > right upper corner search enter each of the above to find results.

Post a share link using one drive or drop box.

What happened to the memory dumps?
    Are you using Ccleaner?
    Did you modify the settings?
    Did you use disk cleanup?
And did you modify the settings?
Going forward if you modify these settings once they are formed they should remain available.

I ran whocrashed one time and it deleted them because one of the option deleted all of them because they were too many.
I waited for the BSOD create a dump file. So Here is it Microsoft OneDrive - Access files anywhere. Create docs with free Office Online.
