    BSOD playing battlegrounds, fifa 18!

    Hello,

New to this page and I really need help!

I'm getting a BSOD when playing battlegrounds and FIFA 18 but other games are fine, I have reset my graphics drivers by uninstalling and installing again with no luck, it happens after half an hour or so of gameplay.Attachment 155065Attachment 155065

The DM log file is attached.

    Thanks in advance!

Just an addition to the issue, I've used BlueScreenView and it's coming up with two different crash errors.

    Error 1: hal.dll hal.dll+39b9d fffff803`f2408000 fffff803`f2484000 0x0007c000 0xf0cd6e34 08/01/2098 05:48:52 Microsoft® Windows® Operating System Hardware Abstraction Layer DLL 10.0.15063.502 (WinBuild.160101.0800) Microsoft Corporation C:\WINDOWS\system32\hal.dll

    Error 2: ntoskrnl.exe ntoskrnl.exe+1778a9 fffff802`8328c000 fffff802`83b15000 0x00889000 0x59ae237e 05/09/2017 05:09:34 Microsoft® Windows® Operating System NT Kernel & System 10.0.15063.608 (WinBuild.160101.0800) Microsoft Corporation C:\WINDOWS\system32\ntoskrnl.exe

Error 1 is more frequent than error 2, bus as I said it only happens when playing battlegrounds or fifa 18...

    warning   Warning
Programs that claim to update your drivers install either the wrong or corrupted drivers.
If you have installed any driver with Driver Booster 4, please remove them as it may cause trouble.

An easy way to get remove these drivers is by using a restore point prior the installation.

Please uninstall everything of Nvidia using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from Nvidia. Be sure the clean install box is checked and only install the Graphics driver and the PhysX driver, you can use this tutorial for the installation part NVIDIA Drivers - Avoid Problems - Windows 7 Help Forums

The problem is I’ve had the issue for a few months now and I’m not sure when exactly it was so not sure where to revert back to, I have already tried nvidea reinstall but that hasn’t worked either :/

Your safest option from this point is a clean reinstall of Windows.

The other option is much more difficult, reinstall/update all drivers from Windows Update or from ASRock and hope you overwrite all by db4 installed drivers.
