BSOD when using p3d v4 flight simulator no error codes

Hi peeps, I am new to tenforum, but used the 7forum when on windows 7!

I have used windows 10 for about 1 year with no bsod at all.

I have had a couple recently using P3D V4 flight simulator, usally at a critical stage, ie, landing the plane, the computer just crashes, I get a black screen and the the login screen.

I am at a loss! Thats why I have come the forum to ask if somebody can please take a look at the crash dump for me?

I will awnser any questions as soon as possible.
    Many thanks

Please fill in your system specs
Please follow this tutorial and download the tool. The tool will give you detailed information about your system specs, please fill in your system specs more completely including PSU, cooling and other used stuff like mouse, keyboard, monitor, case, etc.
The PSU, cooling and other stuff are NOT mentioned in the tool.

In the left corner below in your post you find 'My System Specs'. After clicking it you can find a link a little below that says 'Update your System Spec', click on this link to get to the page where you can fill in your system specs.

I'm not seeing any minidumps in the zip you uploaded, could you compress and then upload C:\Windows\memory.dmp to dropbox/onedrive/box/favorite file host and post a link here?

    Hi, thanks for your reply.
why is there no mini dump in the zip file?
I understand that cccleaner deletes the crash dump files (or it did in windows7)
But I have not run cccleaner since the BSOD

A black screen is different from a blue screen, we're not dealing with a blue screen.

Please fill in your system specs properly, include the models of the parts.

    EDIT:
the computer just crashes, I get a black screen and the the login screen
This is, if I interpret it correct, a reboot crash.

Please also provide the following information

Please run CPU-Z | Softwares | CPUID, open it and make screenshots of the following tabs
    • CPU
    • Mainboard
    • Memory
    • SPD*
    • Graphics

*SPD shows the details of each stick, you can show the details by choosing different slots in the left upper corner.
Please make screenshots of each stick.

Please post each screenshot in your next reply/replies.
