    Hi Saren,

ShellExperienceHost.exe is a part of Windows, it helps display Windows Store applications. The error code shown, 0xc000027b, means that an internal exception occurred within the application. Since this is developed by Microsoft, they will be the ones who can fix it.

I also noticed the version string of ShellExperienceHost.exe (10.0.10240) indicates you are running the initial release of Windows 10 from 2015, rather than the current release from Spring of 2017 (10.0.15063).

For comparison, here is the version string of ShellExperienceHost.exe on 15063

    Code:
    C:\Windows\SystemApps\ShellExperienceHost_cw5n1h2txyewy\ShellExperienceHost.exe:
            Verified: Signed
            Signing date: 12:48 AM 3/18/2017
            Publisher: Microsoft Windows
            Company: Microsoft Corporation
            Description: Windows Shell Experience Host
            Product: Microsoft« Windows« Operating System
            Prod version: 10.0.15063.0
            File version: 10.0.15063.0 (WinBuild.160101.0800)
            MachineType: 64-bit

Microsoft have fixed tons of bugs since the initial release, and there is a very good chance that this error in particular will be resolved once you update to 10.0.15063 (aka the Creator's Update).

Here is a guide on using the Windows Update Assistant to jump to the current release:

An upgrade does not touch personal files, however I would strongly recommend you backup important files as a general practice.

What i mean to say is I have changed the look and feel of my Windows 10 to look like the Classic shell, i even have a program called Classic shell to make it look like older versions, i am not a fan of the apps, widgets, touchscreen, cortana, edge, etc... Now i have windows looking like I want, if I upgrade, will it reload all those features I don't want ?

You may have to reinstall/reapply those tweaks, but that should honestly take under 30 minutes.

The version you are on is not supported by Microsoft since May of this year. Meaning you are not getting any security or reliability updates. The situation will not improve the longer you wait.
