When the drive is working in the other computer open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    1) sfc /scannow
    2) dism /online /cleanup -image /restorehealth
    3) chkdsk /scan
    4) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread
    5) diskpart
    6) list disk
    7) select disk 0

    9) select volume 3 (or the volume that is fat 32 and system) (let us know if the fat 32 is not the system)
    10) list partition
    11) exit
    12) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

I put the SSD back into the original laptop, and now it is also getting the same inaccessible boot device BSOD.

I'm going to wipe the SSD, and do a clean install of Windows 10 on the new laptop and then restore from my backup.

I will. There will be no DMP file because no dump file is saved when I get the BSOD.

What have you already done to check the creation of dump files?

Aside from there being no dump file on the SSD that I can find where it should be located. The led for the storage device remain off after it starts trying to boot Windows. Form when the spinning circles are showing when it is trying to start loading Windows, up to when the BSOD happens, there is absolutely no disk activity. This makes sense as I'm getting the BSOD becuase Windows is unable to read from the boot drive. If it can't read from the drive to load Windows, then it's only logical that it can't write to the drive to save a dump file.

So when the drive was working it was able to create dumps?
It's only since you have moved the drive from one computer to the other.
Had there been any bsods in the other computer when you had a working OS?
Drivers from 3rd party update sites can be unknown entities.
We generally recommend uninstalling all of them and re-installation with computer manufacturer or component manufacturer approved drivers.

On the orignal computer, there were only BSODs when booting into Safe Mode, and also no dump file was saved then as well. When booting normally, there were never any BSODs.

What method was used to boot into safe mode?
Were you able to use safe mode for a day or more without any bsod?

Safe Mode was working originally, but it is something I rarely use. A week or two ago I ran Tweaking.com's Windows Repair. I used the option to boot into Safe Mode. After that, my comper was getting a BSOD, every time I tried to boot. I eventually found that Windows Repair had configured my computer to always boot to Safe Mode, and that the BSOD was happening due to booting into Safe Mode. I used a recovery drive to fix the bootloader to boot normally, and after that my computer was booting normally again (but still could not boot into Safe Mode).

It had been many months since I'd tried to boot to Safe Mode, and back then it did work.
