    SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION BSOD Error

So for a while I have been getting two various blue screen errors whilst playing games and they are at random. Sometimes they will not happen and I can continue playing, or most of the time it will BSOD my pc and restart it.

The two errors I get are called
    SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
    and
    SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

I have tried fixing it in many various ways from:
    - Testing My Ram
    - Uninstalling Video Card Drivers and Re-installing
    - Uninstalling any drivers in Device Manager that appear as an error through SAFE MODE.
    - Re-installed Windows 10, the errors still prevail.
and pretty much every other known solution under the sun.

I'm clueless to what to do, I have literally no idea.

    Welcome to the forum,

In order for us to see what is going on, we'll need you to post some logs. Please follow this guide: BSOD - Posting Instructions - Windows 10 Forums

There are many different bugchecks in the dumpfiles.

The cause for different error codes are usually hardware and lower level problems.

    U should begin with:

SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION BSOD Error Diagnostic Test SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION BSOD Error
     HDD TESTS

Run HDTune to check health and scan for errors.

    Note   Note
It may take some time, but look for signs of any errors or failure.

You can also run a disk or health check using CrystalDiskInfo or chkdsk. Refer to the tutorial for details of how to do this.

Take Screenshots of it and post it here.

    windows 10 professional version 1607 build 14393.969 64 bit

The bsod mini dumps have displayed at various times WHEA since 1/2017.
WHEA 0x124 are more frequently caused by malfunctioning hardware.

    The most recent WHEA 0x124 (Authentic AMD) were on 6/17, 6/23. 6/25, 7/1, 7/3, 7/11

There were 2 hardware driver bsod identified:

cmusbdac.sys: USB Audio Class 1.0 and 2.0 DAC Device Driver
    nvlddmkm.sys: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB driver

Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    1) sfc /scannow
    2) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    3) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

    4) Make sure that there is no over clocking while troubleshooting.

    5) Sometimes there are problems in the bios that produce bsod.

The BIOS: BIOS Version/Date Award Software International, Inc. F4, 19/10/2012
To enable AM3+ AMD FX-Series CPU support, please update your motherboard with the most current BIOS found in your motherboard’s download section.
    https://www.gigabyte.com/
    Motherboard/GA-78LMT-USB3-rev-41#ov
    6) Please check to see if this is the most up to date version.
    7) To ensure that there are no improper bios settings please reset the bios.
    8) Sometimes there can be failure to boot after resetting the bios.
    9) So please make sure your files are backed up.
    10) Please make a backup image with Macrium:
Macrium Software | Macrium Reflect Free:

    11) And please create a brand new restore point.

    12) When testing for WHEA hardware errors we need to systematically check CPU, GPU, memory and drive.

Once the bios is reset and there is no overclocking:
    13) Choose one of the temperature monitoring software applications: Speecy, HW monitor, Speed fan:

    16) Run memtest86+ version 5.01 for at least 8 passes.
    http://www.memtest.org/
This may take hours so plan to run it overnight.
Please make sure you use the Memtest86+ version 5.01 with the link below.
    http://www.memtest.org/
The testing is done not by time but by passes.
    The more passes the better.
There are a significant number of false negatives if fewer than 8 passes are made.
A false negative is a pass when there is malfunctioning RAM.
There is 8 GB of RAM on the computer.
    Memtest86+ version 5.01 testing takes approximately 1 - 2 hours /GB RAM

So plan to perform Memtest86+ version 5.01 testing overnight.
Just 1 error is a fail and you can abort testing.
Then test 1 RAM module at a time in the same DIMM each for 8 or more passes.
Again the more passes the better.

If both RAM pass when tested 1 at a time after failing when tested together test the next DIMM with 1 RAM module for 8 or more passes.
This will help to differentiate malfunctioning RAM from malfunctioning DIMM /Motherboard.

    20) For each of the above tests please record maximum temperatures and test duration.

    21) And please make sure that you use the Microsoft snipping tool to post images of each into the thread.

The PSU, cooling and other stuff are NOT mentioned in the tool.

In the left corner below in your post you find 'My System Specs'.

After clicking it you can find a link a little below that says 'Update your System Spec', click on this link to get to the page where you can fill in your system specs.

    23) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste: chkdsk /x /f /r
This may take many hours to run so plan to run it overnight.

    24) Post the chkdsk results into the thread:
Read Chkdsk Log in Event Viewer in Windows 10 Windows 10 Performance Maintenance Tutorials

    25) The best way to fix the misbehaving Nvidia driver is to uninstall everything Nvidia using Display driver uninstaller and install new drivers from the computer manufacturer's website or from the Nvidia website.

The computer manufacturer's web site is preferred. Enter the computer's serial or product number and the operating system to view available drivers.

If you use the Nvidia web site be sure the "clean install" box is checked and only install the graphics driver and the physx driver.

Please make sure that you do not use any software driver update sites other than the manufacturer.

For each step above please report in the thread the step number so that you can keep track of what was and what was not yet completed.
