What else did he have in the email?
Do you have a contact name or number?
Or do you need to start all over?
Do you speak Japanese or your wife?
Sorry for the delay, since the board is purchased from Amazon Japan , please contact our Japan service center:Asahi Electronics Corporation Gigabyte Support Center Support Phone: 03-5362-7190 Support reception hours 10: 00 12: 00/13: 00 17: 00 (Saturdays-and-Sundays public holiday, Golden week, summer, year-end and New Year holidays, our designated holiday excluded)http://www.aec.co.jp/support/gigabyte/

Not much else....pretty much starting over. My wife is Japanese, but isn't very computer literate to be having an ongoing in-depth discussion about this issue.....

Once you get someone that can speak and read English you can forward the prior correspondence.

I asked all of our teachers to install the programs that they used. I did not know that the Adobe programs were not legitimate. I uninstalled them and am running trial versions of both Photoshop CC 2017 and Illustrator CC 2017 from the adobe website. What else can I do? I have told the teacher that they are no good and not to use them in our school anymore.
Adobe isn't immediately illegal, Zbook probably has found something in the logs that points to Adobe being illegally used.
