Not much else....pretty much starting over. My wife is Japanese, but isn't very computer literate to be having an ongoing in-depth discussion about this issue.....

Once you get someone that can speak and read English you can forward the prior correspondence.

I'll give it a shot, but I'm not holding out much hope....There aren't a lot of EN speaking tech support lines over here.....

Thanks, we took care of that, uninstalled all Adobe products
