Hi Sam,
Have you found a way to be without the motherboard for several weeks so you can get a replacement?
This is a letter that you can modify. It has the case number.

The web site displayed information you had changed from Japan to USA Oregon. So in the telephone conversation the technician indicated that the California location for Gigabyte ships to USA locations and other locations use the local dealer. Amazon was not discussed. The next step will come from the reply to your email with Eddie Z.
Yes. The telephone call and the email draft are to help you explain the troubleshooting and results. They have already offered to take care of the problem. They had offered to send the motherboard to USA locations. It's now a matter of the logistics with you living outside the USA.
Great. I sent off an email to Eddie and hopefully we can put this issue to bed. Thanks again for all of your help on this marathon, and for having patience with me (at the same time this was happening, my website was hacked and needed to be rebuilt and I have 2 brand new teachers who I am trying to train. ) It's been scattered to say the least. Thanks
Your welcome. I'm glad that you are on the path to getting a replacement. It's challenging to go through all of that at one time. Hopefully Eddie will guide you through the process to get a quick replacement. He did not say whether it would be a refurbished or new motherboard. And he did say that they will need to do some testing on the Nvidia/Gigabyte compatibility to address both the bsod and freezing. Again please follow up with your progress.
Ugh. Taking the motherboard out of the pc, removing the heatsink and seeing the plastic still in place that says remove before applying heatsink was not what I wanted to see....reapplied grease, cpu, motherboard plugged back in and am now running FurMark with the nvidia gpu plugged in with no freezes for 45 min.
