How do you follow up with them?
What did they offer in the way of fixes?
It appears they typed don't install the app center?
    That's it?
No information provided on the driver?
    No information on it's purpose?
No information about whether it could impact freezing?

right??! Not exactly what I'd call helpful at all... I'm headed into the office in 15 minutes. I'll reinstall windows without internet. Then just restart and open things and see if I get any errors? Check behavior restarting and shutting down? If all goes well then connect to internet and let it update?

    Just completed speaking with Gigabyte.

Was your purchase in Japan from a store or from when you were in USA?

Yes clean install with no internet.

If no bsod and no freeze then connect to internet and perform updates.

Check the computer system with reboots too.

In USA they include shipping and outside USA you need to deal with local dealer.
You have not yet crossed the bridge yet but you know that there is warranty coverage.
