BSOD when updating iTunes/Nvidia

1) Please update the computer specifications with the home computer
Are they identical configuration? What else can be swapped? Motherboard?
Do they have the same PSU, cooler, and case?
There should be an option to enter "My Computer" specs for a second computer.

2) In the left lower corner type system > open system control panel > on the left pane click advanced system settings > in start up and recovery click settings and post an image into the thread
3) Open whocrashed > above analyze click on tools > click crash dump test > type: ACCEPT
4) Click analyze > post the whocrashed results into the thread

6) What progress did you make with Intel processor diagnostic tool (IPDT) ?
a) did it pass or fail?
b) did it freeze or no freeze?
7) What progress did you make with Prime 95 ?
a) what was the duration of the testing?
b) what was the maximum temperature?
c) can you post images into the thread?
d) can you post a report into the thread?
e) did it freeze using Prime95?
