When viewing the provider column are there other drivers listed that are non-Microsoft drivers?
Are they below the Microsoft drivers?
In the above post was the provider column sorted?
Attachment 152886yes, I also see these....I get crashes when installing almost anything. Adobe reader...crash...Firefox...OK...DASHLANE...crashed
There seems to be a domain/server problem.
Please post a new zip: BSOD Crashes and Debugging - Windows 10 Forums
Any contact yet with Gigabyte?
Place the computer in clean boot and see what happens when you attempt to download and install the software.
This is the method using administrative command prompt:
Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste these commands:
1) msconfig (in the pop up system configuration > move the dot from normal startup to selective startup > uncheck load startup items > click service tab > in left lower corner check hide all Microsoft services > in the lower right side click disable all > click apply or ok > do not reboot)
2) taskmgr (in the pop up task manager > click on the start up tab > click on status so that the column sorts with enable rising to the top > right click on each row with enable and change to disable)

How to perform a Clean Boot in Windows 10 - TechNet Articles - United States (English) - TechNet Wiki
3) shutdown /r (you will reboot the computer so that it is in clean boot)
Evaluate the performance on your computer in clean boot during typical use and when installing Adobe software and Google Chrome.
If you have problems installing software in clean boot then switch to safe mode with networking and see if you can install the software without problems.
Please report your progress in the thread.
For any new bsod please post a new zip:
BSOD - Posting Instructions - Windows 10 Forums
If you have problems installing Adobe and Chrome also post a new zip if the problem occurs in clean boot and safe mode.

I can install Dashlane without issue and it's telling me that I already have a newer version of adobe already installed...

It's strange. I installed Dashlane (password manager) logged in with the correct user name and password and it tells me it's an invalid login....uninstalled it.
No new BSOD, but something was causing the freezing/shutdowns.... wonder what it is.
Still no word from Gigabyte....
It appears that you are having domain / server problems.
See the 3rd and 6th code entries in post #347.
In post# 347 I added other problem entries in the event log.
How many times have you attempted to install Adobe Reader and what has happened during each attempted installation?
What other software needs to be installed?
How many times have you attempted to install Google Chrome and what has happened during each attempted installation?
Are you able to use these browsers:
Edge
IE
Firefox
What happened when you attempted to contact Gigabyte?
Have you also tried their forum?
See if you can use the method in this link:

Is Windows driver verifier on and working?
How long has it been on without a crash with the misbehaving driver unchecked?
Have not seen you post for more than 20 minutes. Will catch up with you later in the day.
Please post answers to the above.
