    Okay.
Post information into the thread about your progress.
I'll check back later in the day.
Please submit the gigabyte ticket early so that you can make timely progress with them.

    Not familiar with their support.
You may need to wait for there open hours?
    Calling it a night.
What other software have you installed?
    Is windows driver verifer on?
    Any bsod?
    Any hangs/freezes?

    1) have you installed most of the software?
    2) create a brand new restore point
    3) then enable windows driver verifer
    4) you will be on your own ......I'll check back in later in the day.
    5) you can run bluescreenview and whocrashed if there is a bsod and you know how to turn off verifer.
    6) the goal is to have 48 hours of no bsod when all drivers are tested.
    7) after the last bsod it will be an additional 36 hours then the troubleshooting will be completed
    8) do not test the documented misbehaving driver until it is fixed.
    9) when customizing verifer don't forget to click on the provider column to have it sort......its easy to miss drivers if you don't view all the entries.
    10) please post another image after the sort to display that it is still there

My wife just told me that The PC blue screened again. I’m not at the school to send the zip file, but I’ll do it as soon as possible. Nothing has been installed aside from what’s already on board. And that one system file is no longer even being monitored
