If you prefer to wait we can do that. You should leave yourself sufficient time to troubleshoot.
Please complete the RAM / DIMM /Motherboard testing now so that is ruled in or ruled out.

Posts 144 and 150 display 8 passes with 16 GB RAM.
So RAM / DIMM /MB problems have been ruled out.
When the clean install is done plan to stress test the graphics card and to use windows driver verifier
That is after there is a stable period with no bsod.
Time is needed to be able to see if there are problem events in the event viewer.
So if you can start the clean install as early as possible with English as the default language.

There are videos on youtube on how to repair bad images.
They involve the registry and I don't work in the registry.
Be careful when in the registry and have a backup plan.

    1) check the operating system and drive:
    2) open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    3) sfc /scannow
    4) dism /online /cleanup -image /checkhealth
    5) dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
    6) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    7) chkdsk /scan
    8) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread
