The best testing is testing the dual channel capability of the motherboard. That is only accomplished testing 2 or more RAM at the same time.
    The Memtest86+ version 5.01 takes approximately 1 - 2 hours / GB of RAM.
If you have the time to test all of the RAM at one time that is the best method.
If you need to use the computer limiting the testing time then you could test 1 RAM at a time. If the RAM pass you have ruled out the RAM as a potential problem but you have not tested the dual channel capability.
So as long as you understand the limitations of the testing whichever method you have the time to perform.

All4 at the same time for 8 passes? That's best for me. If that's ok that's what I'll do.

    Nice.
Memtest86+ 9 passes and no errors with 16 GB RAM

    Plan:
    1) clean install windows 10 version 1703 as a "vanilla installation"
    a) language english (no other languages) so that there are no problems reading the information in event logs
    b) no hardware attached to the computer so that there are no installation problems
    c) only windows updates allowed (no 3rd party drivers, no applications, no files)
Clean Install Windows 10 Windows 10 Installation Upgrade Tutorials
    d) once all tests have passes can add other languages or perform another clean install and make Japanese the default language.
    e) computer environment will be tested slowly by adding drivers and monitoring stability
    f) again computer environment will be tested slowly by adding applications and monitoring stability
    g) some applications may be installed for testing purposes

All internal components and keyboard and mouse are okay.
No printer, iphone, xbox, joystick, headset, etc

To install windows 10 version 1703 you will need to to modify the bios so that it boots to the USB drive.

    Download Windows 10

The bios should have already been reset. If not please reset the bios.

That's similar to post 57 when you were in clean boot.
The spectrum is safe mode > clean boot > selective boot > normal boot
We have been handicapped not being able to view the event logs.
Starting from clean install and having the ability to see spontaneous problems or response to testing in the event logs should be useful in getting to a stable computer environment.
