Have you been able to boot to desktop?
    Can you open file explorer?
Perform an in place upgrade repair.
Make sure windows driver verifier remains off.

Can you open windows recovery or windows advanced troubleshooting menu that has options for reset with save files, reset with remove files, restore, startup repair, startup options, command prompt?

Were you able to get into safe mode?

    Open administrative command prompt and type: shutdown /r /o /f /t 00
It will reboot into windows recovery or advanced troubleshooting menu
When in this menu choose reset with save files.
All applications will be removed and will need to be installed.

If in place upgrade is no longer a viable option:
    Use reset with SAVE FILES:

See if you can in the meantime perform the RAM /DIMM /Motherboard Memtest86+ version 5.01 testing for 8 or more passes.
Please use a camera or smart phone camera to take pictures and post into the thread.

This is a link for clean install:
Clean Install Windows 10 Windows 10 Installation Upgrade Tutorials

When you do the clean install perform a "vanilla type clean install". This method is installing Windows 10 version 1703 with only Windows updates.
Drivers are not installed other than those done automatically during Windows updates. No applications or files are installed. The aim is to have a stable computer environment and then slowly add drivers or applications and discover the problem areas and fix them. In addition stress testing can be performed in the vanilla environment.

For backing up the computer please in addition to saving files, record the applications and browser bookmarks that you will need to install at a later time.

What is the age of the computer? Are all components original parts?

The memory testing should be independent of the operating system. So this can be done in the interim.

If possible for the clean install use English as the chosen default language so that we can troubleshoot using the event.txt.
Once we have completed the testing of the computer's hardware, firmware, software, using English as the default language you can then add Japanese as an additional language or perform another clean install using Japanese as the default language.

Use Windows defender as the only antivirus program.

If you use bitdefender in the future make sure that you turn off Windows defender. Only 1 always on antivirus product should be used at a time. You can add manual antivirus products such as Malwarebytes but should only have 1 always on product.

Also make sure that no driver update software is used in the future. Only install drivers from computer manufacture or component manufacturer sites.
