Aren't you able to view the event log when it is on the desktop?
The event log description section is still in a foreign language:

    Event[897]:

Sometimes there are problems in the bios that produce bsod.
To ensure that there are no improper bios settings please reset the bios.
Sometimes there can be failure to boot after resetting the bios.

So please make sure your files are backed up.

Please make a backup image with Macrium:
Macrium Software | Macrium Reflect Free:

Macrium Software | Your Image is Everything

And please create a restore point.

Before you retire for the evening please remove 1 RAM module from the computer and test 1 RAM module at a time using Memtest86+ version 5.01

When testing has completed please use a camera to take a picture and post an image into the thread.

The RAM is being tested 1 module at a time since you have 16 GB of RAM. This testing method does not test dual channel capability or failure. It allows you to test the RAM for less downtime. It takes approximately 1 - 2 hours / GB RAM. So testing will take approximately 8 to 16 hrs per 8 GB RAM module.

You can test 1 RAM module on different evenings while you are sleeping.

During the day time you can do other tests on the computer.

If you can get the event file somehow by modifying any variable to use English as the default language that will enhance the troubleshooting as there often is critical information in the event log.

    Download and install:

Blue screen of death (STOP error) information in dump files.

    3) Anytime there is a bsod please post a new zip:

After the first 8 GB RAM has completed Memtest86+ version 5.01 testing please use a camera to take a picture and post an image into the thread. Then before testing the 2nd RAM module for 8 passes please perform a stress test on the CPU:
Please download and install this tool: Download Intelツョ Processor Diagnostic Tool
When the test has completed please post an image into the thread.

    1) The bluescreenview and whocrashed were the website links? How come posted them?

    2) Make sure that you are not on a metered internet connection.

    3) Have you reset the bios?

    4) Were there any new attempts to get the event files in English?

    5) Can you connect a flash drive to use as the backup drive for a Macrium image?
    6) Can you reconnect one of the previously removed drives for a backup drive for a Macrium image?

    7) Please post a new zip:
BSOD - Posting Instructions - Windows 10 Forums

Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    1) sfc /scannow
    2) dism /online /cleanup-image /checkhealth
    3) dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
    4) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    5) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

    6) msconfig (in the pop up system configuration > move the dot from normal startup to selective startup > uncheck load startup items > click service tab > in left lower corner check hide all Microsoft services > in the lower right side click disable all > click apply or ok > do not reboot)

    7) taskmgr (in the pop up task manager > click on the start up tab > click on status so that the column sorts with enable rising to the top > right click on each row with enable and change to disable)

    TechNet Wiki

    8) shutdown /r (you will reboot the computer so that it is in clean boot)
    9) Evaluate the performance on your computer in clean boot during typical use.
    10) Are the boots faster or slower?
    11) Are the shutdowns faster or slower?
    12) How has the audio and video performance changed? Is it better, worse, or the same?
Continue using clean boot indefinitely to monitor performance.

The disk image is over the 49 GB I have available in each of the other SSDs

yes, reset BIOS...I mentioned that above.

    4) Were there any new attempts to get the event files in English?
no because I don't know what else to try...I have removed all language packs from the PC, main language is English. Repair install was done off an English based Win 10 install media...

I had clean boot and it was working fine so I enabled everything again to test it and it restARted fine. Evrything appears to work fine...except iTunes (that I know of) no more crashes either...

Windows driver verifier is a tool that is used to find misbehaving drivers.
It will repetitively produce bsod until the misbehaving drivers are fixed or until it is turned off.
You must know how to turn off windows driver verifier.
All of the methods use the windows advanced troubleshooting menu.
    These are the 3 mehtods:
    1) startup options (not startup repair) > select #6 safe mode with command prompt > type: verifier reset
    2) command prompt > Administratofr X:\Windows\system32\cmd.exe > type: verifier /bootmode resetonbootfail
    3) restore
Method 1 should always be done first. If Method 1 fails then used method 2. If method 3 fails then use method 3.
Method 3 unfortunately leads to a loss of the mini dump file and little progress is made in the troubleshooting.

To practice navigating in the windows advanced troubleshooting menu open administrative command prompt and type:
    shutdown /r /o /f /t 00

    Download and install:
Bluescreenview: Blue screen of death (STOP error) information in dump files.
    Whochashed: http://www.resplendence.com/whocrashed

After each bsod you will turn off windows driver verifier and return to the desktop. On the desktop you will run both bluescreenview and whocrashed to analyze the dump files. You will then uninstall the misbehaving driver. Then you will restart windows driver verifier and repeat the steps to uninstall the next misbehaving driver. There are two methods to reinstall drivers, the reinstallation can be done immediately after un-installation or can be done after all misbehaving drivers have been uninstalled. The end result should be the same.

After each bsod you will post a new zip: BSOD - Posting Instructions - Windows 10 Forums and we will debugg the dump files and guide you through the process of fixing the misbehaving drivers.

For the bsod please make sure that automatic restart is un-checked so that you have time to view the bsod window. Typically there is a stop code driver verifier detected violation. Sometimes there is a misbehaving driver displayed in the form *.sys. If you see the misbehaving driver please record it and post it into the thread.

In the left lower corner search type system > open system control panel > in the laft pane click advanced system settings > startup and recovery settings > make sure that automatically restart is un-checked.

We are handicapped in that we cannot view the event logs.
So a lot of troubleshooting steps that we could make may be missed.

For the Apple software there is an itunes help site: iTunes - Official Apple Support
We will troubleshoot and tune up the computer.
If we were able to view the event viewer we may have more information on the itunes problem.

Please read both of the links below.
The first link has the customized settngs for using windows driver verifier.
The second link has the methods to turn off windows driver verifier.

Before turning on windows driver verifer you must:
    1) create a brand new restore point
    2) backup files to the cloud or another drive
    3) backup to a recovery drive using a flash drive: Create Recovery Drive in Windows 10 Windows 10 Performance Maintenance Tutorials
    4) feel comfortable navigating in the windows advanced troubleshooting menu
    5) know the 3 methods to turn off windows driver verifier
    6) have time to troubleshoot the bsod

When you run windows driver verifier you will test all non-Microsoft drivers.

When you use clean boot you will turn off all non-Microsoft services.

Windows driver verifier can be run in normal boot or selective boot or clean boot but it cannot be run in safe mode.

If your system is not hanging or freezing and task manager displays low numbers for each cpu, disk, and memory then you can use normal boot.

To optimize computer performance (fastest boot times, lowest cpu etc) you will eventually want selective boot.
Selective boot turns off everything on boot except a few services that you almost always use.

    It's updating windows.
    So when it completes:
In the left lower corner search type: winver
A pop up will appear: about windows
Post an image into the thread.
