The test that we use is Memtest86+
When using Memtest86+ we use the latest version 5.01

We don't use other software programs.
We post the links for use.
Sometimes people look at the name and see Memtest86 and think it is the same thing.
It's different software. It's another company.

So please run testing with Memtest86+ version 5.01 performing 8 or more passes so that we can view the test results (please post an image into the thread)

    Which repair did you choose?
Which test within memtest86? There is a list of tests....

Oh so you did not do a repair from within the computer's windows 10?

Earlier you were not able to use the bootable windows 10 iso.

Were you able to use it now?

If so what steps did you use using the windows 10 iso?

    1) Can you boot to the desktop now?

    2) if you can boot to the desktop perform these steps:
    a) post a new zip: BSOD - Posting Instructions - Windows 10 Forums
    b) post the chkdsk /x /f /r report: Read Chkdsk Log in Event Viewer in Windows 10 Windows 10 Performance Maintenance Tutorials
    c) open device manager and view USB options. Do you now see USBHUB3?
    d) download and install Macrium to create an image of the drive:
Macrium Software | Your Image is Everything
    e) place the Macrium backup image onto another drive
    f) backup the files on the drive to the cloud or another drive
    g) create a brand new restore point

Let us know when you complete the above steps.
