    Download and install the Intel driver update utility and see which drivers if any it displays.

    In post #637 you had indicated none?

    In post #652 what is displayed when you click on the driver tab?

    Please post the drivers that you see available on the Gigabyte website for Intel into the thread.

    After posting the drivers into the thread please download and install all of the drivers including the chip set drivers.

    View device manager and post an image into the thread once the re-installation has completed.

    On the Gigabyte expand the other sections and wherever Intel is seen please post into the thread.
    Then download and install all Intel drivers.

    oh yeah, this came today from gigabyte...

    Question: What do you offer in the way of fixes?
    Don't install the app center? Why, reason??
    That's it?
    No information provided on the driver?
    No information on it's purpose?
    No information on how to modify it or if I need supporting drivers to make it work?
    No information about whether it could impact freezing?

    Answer: To verify the exact cause and which utility that maybe causing the issue is to remove it first.
    If you are no longer getting any error, you can start by installing APP Center first on our website
    http://download.gigabyte.us/FileList..._100series.zip

    If there are no issue then you can start gradually installing the other utility you wish to apply one at a time.
    If you do run into any error, pay attention to which utility and version which is causing error so we can investigate onto that same version. We had not had any reports of any issue with the software on this motherboard.
    Please note that this motherboard is not a new model and been in the market for close to 2 years.
