    Turn off the computer.
Remove everything external from the computer including mouse, keyboard, printer, iphone, headset, etc.
Power on and see if there are any yellow triangles in device manger.
Expand all categories and show hidden.
Click on it if it is there and see if you can get any of the tabs to display any useful information.

Sorry, maybe I'm dense, but if I remove my keyboard and mouse, how am I supposed to open device managed and/or click on anything?

    LOL LOL
    No magic powers?

Use the mouse so that you can click view and show hidden if necessary.
And use the mouse so that you can left and right click to see if there is any information available about the unknown device if it is still there.

See what happens if you later connect the keyboard.
See what happens if you connect the printer by USB.

There were 2 keyboards displayed in post #626.
    So that has not changed.

When you use keyboard and mouse is there any information about the hidden device with left or right click?

Keep windows driver verifier on for 36 hours so that the step is completed.
Then run the FurMark stress test without the Gigabyte driver to make sure that there is no freezing, bsod, temperature, display artifacts, or performance problems.
Got to think on the yellow triangle.
Is there any device that is nearby the computer that could be wireless? Speakers, console, anything in proximity?

    So it is a puzzle.
There is nothing in proximity that could be malfunctioning?
It's a clean install of Windows 10 version 1703 with new drivers.
It's displaying 2 keyboards when there is 1.
It's displaying a malfunctioning device when there are none?
It's displaying a hidden device when there are none?
And the hidden device has the yellow triangle.
With all of this its an image in device manager but there are no performance problems related to the hidden device.
