uninstalled all Gigabyte App Center utilities. Do I really need them? Worth the repeated stress testing if they're not needed?

Open device manger > click on view > show hidden devices > look for any yellow triangles
Do you see the keyboard listed in the keyboard section?
Do you see the mouse listed in the mouse section?
Is there a printer attached to the computer? Is it listed in device manger?
Look for any other hardware that is attached to the computer by wireless or wired or bluetooth.
What is not displayed on the website "My Computer"? Please update for anything that is not listed.

You could not reinstall GDRV but then you need to stress test the graphics again to see if it freezes or bsod's.

The question is really is there any change in performance without GDRV.sys?

GDRV in our driver reference list is displayed as: Motherboard power utility driver.

The Gigabyte tech support did not know what it does.

Yes, I see a mouse and a keyboard listed. The printer is connected wirelessly. The only triangle is the one I posted before

The behavior under verifier with everything checked except DDI compliance checking and randomized low resource simulation, is slow and choppy

That is typical behavior for using windows driver verifier: sluggish performance while in use.

Install the Intel driver update utility and indicate if it found any new drivers?

No drivers detected. Stress test FurMark while using verifier....or after the 36 hour mark and no BSOD?

The FurMark and windows driver verifier has been done before by accident. In general it's not something that is usually done.

The other problem is the yellow triangle in device manager.

What is that? How can I identify and rid myself of that? I'll just do the FurMark after running free of BSOD for 36 hours
