That is the only way I can install my wife's payment system without getting trash characters on it.

I uninstalled everything from Adobe, reinstalled from their website yesterday.

I have to go back and change the location and encodings back to English to get the logs to work again

There are strict website rules against piracy.
Any/all pirated software needs to be uninstalled.
