    Please post images of all of the installed software (1/2 missing in post #555)
    See the earlier posts for the software to uninstall and reinstall.
    Did you want to install your wife's software program, Adobe reader, photoshop, flash, Java, everything search?
    Also uninstall and reinstall Intel rapid storage technology
    Turn off Windows fast startup:

    Open Ccleaner > windows > system > memory dumps (make sure that memory dumps is unchecked)


    In the left lower corner search type disk > click disk cleanup > C; drive > system error memory dumps (make sure that memory dumps is unchecked).


    In the left lower corner search type system > open system control panel > on the left pane click advanced system settings > in startup and recovery click settings > post an image into the thread.

    Set Windows Power settings to high performance.


    It appears that you are pirating Adobe software?

    Okay you can turn off Furmark.

    don't know how to turn off windows defender...tried to look it up but the tutorial didn't work.

    Bitdefender, but I uninstalled and haven't reinstalled yet
