no USBHUB3 listed after view/show hidden files
Pc still behaves weird. When I choose shutdown, the monitor shuts down but the tower keeps running. restart is hit and miss.
reinstalled RST
Reinstalled brother drivers and unplugged the USB from printer (running on wifi now)
removed all other foreign languages from system

1) Which steps did you make for Intel software?
a) Installed RST over previous version? or uninstalled then reinstalled?
b) re-installed full chip set drivers?
c) Uninstalled Intel driver update utility?
2) What steps were made to have DISM complete?
a) did you perform a system restore or reset with save files?
b) did you perform an in place upgrade repair?
4) Please post an image of the RAM /DIMM /Motherboard testing results using Memtest86+ for 8 or more passes.
a) Were all 16 GB tested at one time?
b) Was Memtest or Memtest86+ version 5.01 used for the testing?
5) When available please post the drive HD tune result images for health, error scan, and benchmarks.

scan for errors, no quick scan but full scan
run a benchmark.
It may take some time, but please take the time you need to perform it properly.

The chkdsk /x /f /r switches will perform a much deeper scan/fix of the drive.
