    Did you do a restore?
Somehow the files that you had moved earlier are no longer there.
    How did that happen?

What additional power plans are available besides balanced?
Is there a high performance plan option?

Do you want me to go back to barebones WIndows only? We can look at it tomorrow as it's getting late for you there on the West Coast. What do you think? I appreciate all of the time and I'm sorry I haven't understood fully what i needed to do on my end.

    Download and install:
Speecy: Speccy - System Information - Free Download

Create a support request on gigabyte to get help with the driver gdrv.sys
Give them the report from Speecy so that they have all of the information about your computer.
Ask them to make sure you have all of the applicable drivers installed.
Keep a detailed report of the troubleshooting so that you can post it into this thread.

Turn on windows driver verifier and check all drivers except gdrv.sys
Use the customized settings in this link:
    Microsoft Community

Then install one software application at a time.
    After each installation reboot.
Stop if you have any hanging.
Stop if you have any BSOD.

    Turn on high performance
