    Just a sec. rebooted shut off verifier. Restarting again. Will post zip

    Okay. Uninstall the Intel driver update utility.

    What were the steps that you made before the freeze?
    Was it during the installation of the software?
    Was it when turning off verifier?
    What was done immediately before the freeze?

    In the left lower corner type: power >open power and sleep settings > on the right pane click on additional power settings > post an image into the thread.

    So you uninstalled the files that you had moved?

    there were no files installed. They were just dragged from D:\Win backup 8.2017\Documents to c/documents, etc...
