    Please confirm that windows driver verifer is still on.


    Install Microsoft Office.
    Reboot and check the boot time and performance.
    Install Google Chrome.
    Reboot and check the boot time and performance.

    List all of the other software programs that you would like to install.

    Did you only uninstall the software that you had installed on your own?
    There are files that you still have not uninstalled?

    The files that I migrated to the desktop? They are still there.

    I only uninstalled what I had installed from Gigabyte

    What was the software that you had installed on your own that led to the freezing that you just uninstalled?

    i give up. you were never asked to uninstall anything from gigabyte.
    What was it that you just installed on your own without instruction that produce the freezing?

    How come bluescreenview is not installed?

    wait a minute. Gigabyte was the link where my motherboard as from right?? That's where I got the initial drivers from
