The memory dump file should be small or not exist as you just renamed it.
The system control panel was not yet modified to save to memory.dmp so it should be empty.
So having it so large already is puzzling.

Please post an image of the search results for each memory.dmp and memory.old.dmp

Download and install either of these and post images of the tabs into the thread:

It is strange, I know, but I did do just as you asked. Both are listed in C:\Windows\

download and install ccleaner: (use the free edition)
CCleaner - Free Download or try CCleaner Professional - Piriform

Do not use the registry cleaner portion of ccleaner.

View the windows tab scroll to system > make sure that memory dumps is checked.

View the tabs for ccleaner and scroll through all of the settings and make sure that you un-check whatever you do not want cleaned.
Then run ccleaner to clean the memory dump file

Once you have ran ccleaner to clean the memory dump file please use file explorer again and post images of the search results

CCleaner has run and indeed, MEMORY.DMP is gone.

Download and install either of these and post images of the tabs into the thread:

    CPU-Z | Softwares | CPUID: CPU-Z | Softwares | CPUID
HWinfo diagnostic software: HWiNFO - Download

Open system control panel > advanced system settings > startup and recovery settings > look at the name of the dump file.....it should be mini dump > change write debugging information to automatic memory dump > look at the dump file > post an image .....it should now be memory dump

Once it is memory dump > use whocrashed again to perform a crash dump test > post the results into the thread

Find the new memory dump file using file explorer and post a share link into the thread.

Open Ccleaner and make sure that memory dumps is now un-checked or uninstall ccleaner

Here are the tabs from CPU-Z. Assuming you didnt need the Bench and About tabs since they are blank. In the SPD tab, slots 2 and 4 where I have my memory installed have the same info.

Why did you delete the new 3GB crash dump before you uploaded it?

The name of the dump was NOT mini dump when opened. It was listed the same way as before, here is screen shot: Attachment 150706

zbook recommended running ccleaner, so that is what I did. Sorry, I didn't read his post to mean that I should post the 3GB crash dump first.

Okay. The just created memory dump could have been uploaded. If Spectrum had requested that you post it I had missed that. The memory dump that was posted just prior to it was partially corrupt and the new one should have just the whocrashed crash dump test? Shouldn't have been just a test confirmation?

Please post the image of the file explorer with the memory dump.
Then post a share link into the thread.

For cpu-z please click on tools > clocks > post image into the thread.

Had you performed the Memtest86+ version 5.01 per post #5? If so please post an image of the 8 or more passes into the thread.
