Security kernel BSOD ntoskrnl.exe BCC 0x00000139

Hey guys I have been getting a blue screen about once a week while doing anything from gaming to just idling at the desktop. I can't seen to figure out what's going on so some help would be appreciated!

    Thanks

    Hi JassonPerez57 ,

There were many bsod noted but only 1 mini dump file.
This 1 file when debugged did not display a definitive misbehaving driver.
The settings on Ccleaner need to be checked to make sure that they were not deleted.
There were some problems noted with the drive.
    Windows failed fast startup.
    Windows failed to update.

Open command prompt and type the following commands:
    1) sfc /scannow
    2) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

    3) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

    4) perform windows updates and post any failed KB# and error code
    5) turn off windows fast startup:

    6) use a one drive or drop box share link to post a memory dump file: %SystemRoot%\MEMORY.DMP
    or C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP

    7) open ccleaner > windows tab > system > un-check memory dump

    8) run one of the SMART tests on your drives:

    a) CrystalDiskInfo - Software - Crystal Dew World:
Download Center - Crystal Dew World
CrystalDiskMark - Software - Crystal Dew World
    Software - Crystal Dew World

    b) HD Tune: http://www.hdtune.com/

    c) Hard Disk Sentinel - HDD health and temperature monitoring: Hard Disk Sentinel - HDD health and temperature monitoring

When the SMART test has completed open the Microsoft snipping tool and make images of the results to post into the thread.

    Check the health,
scan for errors, no quick scan but full scan
    run a benchmark.

It may take some time, but please take the time you need to perform it properly.
When above is done please make screenshots of the following
    the health,
    the error scan,
    the benchmark incl. following
    transfer rate,
    access time,
    burst rate,
    cpu usage.
