Machine Check Exception Win 10 BSOD

I'm getting a few different symptoms on each boot but the most notable is freezing and the Machine Check BSOD. I've seen others with a similar issue but with various resolutions.

Normally my PC stays on full-time. It's on a PDU with surge suppression and an APC battery backup. We had an outage a couple days ago and the batteries in the APC died prematurely due to failure (replacements on the way). Since then I cannot get the PC to stay on for more than 5-10 minutes at a time.

The only recent change I can recall was installing Andy OS Android emulator. Between freezes I uninstalled it but still no luck.

Hope someone can help! Thank you ahead of time.

    What do you mean?

Please fill in your system specs
Please follow this tutorial and download the tool. The tool will give you detailed information about your system specs, please fill in your system specs more completely including PSU, cooling and other used stuff like mouse, keyboard, monitor, case, etc.
The PSU, cooling and other stuff are NOT mentioned in the tool.

In the left corner below in your post you find 'My System Specs'. After clicking it you can find a link a little below that says 'Update your System Spec', click on this link to get to the page where you can fill in your system specs.

I read the sticky post about running the tenforum program and posting the zip to my thread, but it gets to 90% upload and stops. Trying to upload via phone.

Describe as best you can what was happening.
If you attempt to make a zip while it is still open what happens?
Is the zip empty or does it have some contents?
If you click on the desktop icon is there anything in it?
If you try to save the file as a zip what form is it in?

I have the zip on my Google Drive. I was able to sync it just before my PC crashed again. From my phone, where I am communicating from now, I can see the zip and the files contained within. When I attempt to attach it to a post from my drive the progress fills up to 90% in increments of 10 then stops. It stays at 90% until I hit back on the phone.

    Hi sypherz28,

    Welcome to Ten Forums.

There was 1 bsod mini dump file with 1 misbehaving driver.
The misbehaving driver was the AMD graphics card driver: atikmpag.sys

    1) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    2) sfc /scannow
    3) dism/ online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    4) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread
    5) Please update the AMD drivers.
The best way to do this is to uninstall everything of AMD using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from the Dell website. If there are no suitable drivers on the Dell website then use the AMD website and when you do this be sure the "clean install" box is checked and only install the Graphics driver.

    6) run one of the SMART tests on your drives:

CrystalDiskInfo - Software - Crystal Dew World:
Download Center - Crystal Dew World
CrystalDiskMark - Software - Crystal Dew World

When the SMART test has completed open the Microsoft snipping tool and make images of the results to post into the thread.

scan for errors, no quick scan but full scan
    run a benchmark.

It may take some time, but please take the time you need to perform it properly.
When above is done please make screenshots of the following
    the health,
    the error scan,
    the benchmark incl. following
    transfer rate,
    access time,
    burst rate,

    7) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste: chkdsk /x /f /r
This may take many hours to run so plan to run overnight.
