I clean reinstall Win10 and I allow it to install drivers and updates.

No drivers are installed for this devices:
    Intel(R) Serial IO DMA Controller
    Direct memory access controller
    High precision event timer
    Intel(R) 8 Series SMBus Controller - 9C22
    Legacy device
    Programmable interrupt controller
    System timer

I still see errors in Event Viewer but I don't know how much it is serious.

Many of them are permission issues and timeouts, but nothing serious because they happen on many systems including mine.

Do this devices are important for system because Windows doesn't found drivers for it?

If you reboot the system, do you still see them in device manager?

Yes. I see that some drivers are installed but Device status is "No drivers are installed for this device".

Just checked in device manager, the following don't have a driver but that isn't an issue.
    Code:
    High precision event timer
    Legacy device
    Programmable interrupt controller
    System timer
Do you see exclamations in device manager?
