BSOD While Powering Up From Sleep - 0x000000BE (ATTEMPTED WRITE TO REA

I had tons of issues in the past with BSOD of all sorts on this machine. I eventually did a Windows reset once one of the Windows kernel files became corrupt. This is the first BSOD I've had since the reset. Happened while powering on from Sleep.

I have run MemTest in the past (about 3 weeks ago) and it took 5 days total to run as I have 32gb RAM. I ran the full 8 passes with no issues found, so I really don't want to have to do that again!

Any help provided is really appreciated!

    Thanks

There was 1 bsod mini dump file and no definitive misbehaving driver.

Windows driver verifier is a tool that is used to find misbehaving drivers.
It will repetitively produce bsod until misbehaving drivers are fixed or until it is turned off.

Enable and Disable Driver Verifier in Windows 10 Windows 10 Performance Maintenance Tutorials

    1) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    2) sfc /scannow
    3) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    4) chkdsk /scan
    5) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

    6) shutdown /r /o /f /t 00
When the computer reboots it will open the windows recovery or windows advanced troubleshooting menu.
Navigate through the windows advanced troubleshooting menu to the various methods to turn off windows driver verifier:
These commands are only when verifier is already in use:
    1) startup options (not startup repair) > select #6 safe mode with command prompt > type: verifier /reset
    2) command prompt > opens Administrator X: \Windows\system32\cmd.exe > type: verifier /bootmode resetonbootfail
    3) restore
When using windows driver verifer it should be turned off using #1. Only if #1 fails should #2 be used. And only if #2 fails should #3 be used. Using restore will lead to a loss of the bsod mini dump and little progress will be made in analysis of the mini dump files.

Having time to view the bsod window can be accomplished by unchecking automatic restart in this link:
