    Okay!
So I had already erased the usb with Memtest. So I reinstall it and noticed I had an older version (5.x I think it was with a blue screen).
So I installed and ran the v7.
Here's the screen after a few minutes. Is that a dead RAM?

I ran MemTest86 v7 with each stick in every slots, I always have errors.

    Is it the motherboard ?
Silly question, how do I know both sticks are dead?

Another question, how can I make sure the CPU is OK too?
    Thanks

If you want 100% certainty, test the sticks in another system with the same test.

Tanks axe0 for your valuable help, I will test that.

Can you just confirm me that it is either the motherboad either the ram (or both )? Can it be something else?

    I have a other question (you'll notice that I'm a noob in hardware )

In the picture of Memtest, is it normal that the RAM info it shows 2134MHz?
Because in the MB specs it says that compatible RAM are :

    2800 MHz (O.C.), 2933 MHz (O.C.), 2666 MHz (O.C.), 2600 MHz (O.C.), 2400 MHz (O.C.), 2133 MHz (O.C.), 3000 MHz (O.C.), 3100 MHz (O.C.), 3300 MHz (O.C.), 3400 MHz (O.C.), 3333 MHz (O.C.)

And the specs of the stick says : 2133MHz

    Thanks for your answer

Another question... Is it possible that Memtest gives error because of bad bios settings?
