The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. 0x0000009f

Computer has been regularly rebooting with no warning. Not sure when it started. System log says it's caused by a bugcheck. It started before the most recent Windows 10 update.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000009f (0x0000000000000003, 0xffff81849e44a060, 0xfffff800f22548f0, 0xffff81849e418450).

See if there is an update for it.
