VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR from atikmpag with videos and games

When watching Youtube videos or playing games (very frequent with Playerunknown Battlegrounds), I often receive a BSOD with the error VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR. Playing PUBG, I probably receive the BSOD one out of every three games.

    Hi

There were 14 bsod mini dump files debugged.
Some of them displayed the video driver atikmpag.sys as the misbehaving driver.
Bitdefender was identified as a faulting application.
    Windows failed fast startup.

Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    1) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    2) When this is completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread3) Uninstall Bitdefender:

After performing all actions, I received the same BSOD with the same error code after playing PUBG for a couple minutes. Attached below is the new DM Log Collector upload after reinstalling Bitdefender/AMD drivers.
    Attachment 146348

I was surprised to hear Bitdefender was listed as a potential cause. For now, I'll look through the atikmpag.sys thread you posted and I'll also uninstall Bitdefender and see if playing PUBG still gives me that BSOD.
EDIT: Still crashed without Bitdefender. Looking through atikmpag.sys troubleshooting...

    Thanks for your time.

P.s. The following is from the command prompt actions BEFORE I reinstalled everything:

There were two new bsod mini dump files and both when debugged display the same misbehaving driver.
The bitdefender was not a cause of bsod. It was a faulting application so it was to be uninstalled and reinstalled.
If it were a cause of the bsod it would have been uninstalled without reinstallation.
Please list each step with as much detail as possible the method that you used in uninstalling and reinstalling atikmpag.sys

    To uninstall/reinstall atikmpag.sys, I first downloaded DDU 17.0.6.7.

I then downloaded the Radeon Software Crimson Relive Edition 17.7.2 for the RX 400 series on a Windows 10 64bit environment from AMD's support downloads webpage.

I found an Install Manager App within the C:/AMD folder. I uninstalled my current driver using that tool.

I booted into Safe Mode and opened DDU. I chose Clean and Restart. The program ran and then restarted my computer.

After restarting, my display resolution had degraded. I took this as a sign that the Radeon software had successfully been uninstalled. I double-clicked on the Radeon software package 17.7.2 that I had downloaded beforehand.

From the install prompt, I chose Custom Install with all options included. I did not install Radeon Relive (their streaming/replay software).

My resolution returned to expected. I then played PUBG until I receive the BSOD described by the two new DMP files you mentioned above.

I plan on running memtest86 tonight.

It will be trial and error to get a video driver that does not bsod.
Use DDU and when you choose a driver find the bare minimum add ons for installation.
If it bsod then see what is available as a roll back option.
