Again two more BSODs, very similar looking to my previous post. Caused by VerifierExt.sys and ntoskrnl.exe again. I dont think running verifier further will fix it as the same blue screen just keeps repeating. Heres the new files.

There were two misbehaving drivers identified.
One was in the bsod min dump debugging: MBAMSwissArmy.sys
And one was identified using Windows error reporting: 8/01/17 6:30 PM Windows Error Reporting Qcamain10x64.sys
Qualcomm Atheros Extensible wireless LAN
1) Uninstall Malwarebytes using control panel
Use file explorer and search for MBAMSwissArmy.sys to confirm that it has been uninstalled
2) Open device manager > expand network adapters > find Qualcom Atheros wireless LAN > right click > properties > driver > driver details > confirm Qcamain10x64.sys > OK > left click update driver
If the above method fails to update the Qualcom wireless LAN driver > open Acer website > enter computer's serial or product number > download the latest Acer approved driver
If there are no drivers on the Acer website then use the Killer networking website to find the latest Qualcom driver.
Home
3) continue running windows driver verifier for 36 hours when there are no longer any bsod.

Malwarebytes is still appearing as a faulting application (unless it is a time zone issue).
Same with Qualcom.
Do you have the option to connected to the internet with a wired connection? Using cat5e cable?
If you can do this for a few hours while using windows driver verifier the qualcom driver can be uninstalled and the testing resumed
Which method did you use to fix the qualcom driver problem? device manager update? Acer website download? or from killer networks?
1) download and install everything:
voidtools
Everything search will index everything on internal and external drives.
It can be set to start on boot or when you need it.
It displays search results instantaneously.
The more characters you type the narrower the search results.
2) open everything and type:
mbamswissarmy.sys
mbam
malwarebytes
malware
3) Post the search results into the thread.

Sorry for the late response, was at work. I did not actually uninstall Malwarebytes, I just removed it from startup options. As for the Qualcomm driver, I updated it in Device Manager.
You mentioned time zone issue, I actually have been having issues with time zone. I run a Windows 10 and Ubuntu 16.04 dual boot and whenever I switched from Ubuntu to Windows, Windows clock would be 8 hours again of my PST time. I managed to fix this by making the UBUNTU clock run off time zone and not UTC or something like that.
Will try fully uninstalling Malwarebytes, then running driver verifier again.
If I'm still getting blue screens, will download WLAN driver directly from Acer's website and run driver verifier again.
Now there should only be one anti-virus software during the troubleshooting: windows defender
If there are others in use please post that information into the thread.
Uninstalled Malwarebytes and ran verifier, same BSODs. And no I do not have any more antivirus software. Here is my zip file.

1) open the Acer website and enter your computer's serial or product number to view available drivers.
2) download and install an up to date Intel graphics driver igdkmd64.sys
3) if no driver is found on the Acer website open device manager > display adapters > right click on the Intel graphics > properties > driver details > confirm igdkmd64.sys > ok > update driver
4) if you are not able to do # 2 or #3 open the Intel web site and download the most up to date driver:
IntelĀ® Graphics Drivers

Uninstalled the updated WLAN drivers and downloaded fresh ones off Acer's website, still getting blue screens. Will proceed to update Intel graphics driver.
